You can log into Clive at https://app.clive.cloud using one or more of the following methods.
With your Clive login
Log in directly with the email address and password associated with your Clive user.
If you haven't set a password for your Clive account yet or forgot your password, click the Reset password link to send a password reset link to your email address.
With your Cascade CMS login
If you already have a Clive user account, you can Sign in with Cascade CMS by entering the fully-qualified URL to your Cascade CMS environment (i.e. including the https:// prefix).
If you're not already logged into the CMS, you'll be prompted to log in with your Cascade CMS username and password at the CMS login screen.
If you're unable to log in with this option, ensure that:
You have a user account in Clive.
The email address associated with your Clive user and Cascade CMS user match (email addresses are case-sensitive).
With your Google account
If you already have a Clive user account, and your email address in Clive is associated with a Google account, you can Sign in with Google. You'll be prompted to choose the Google account you'd like to authenticate with.
If you're unable to log in with this option, ensure that:
You have a user account in Clive.
The email address associated with your Clive user and Google account match (email addresses are case-sensitive).
